Our recruitment process
To get the best, we have to work a little bit harder. That’s why our recruitment process is a little more involved than most:
- Step one: CV review
- Step two: Phone interview to discuss your background and availability
- Step three: Face-to-face interview to discuss your professional capabilities in detail
- Step four: Online test to assess your strengths and weaknesses, and how you’ll perform in the role (optional)
- Step five: Second face-to-face interview for successful candidates
- Step six: Reference check and job offer
